In order to weld a Mitsubishi 44 pick-up, an apprentice sets it on fire.

After trying to weld parts of the skid plate at Awutu Bereku, an apprentice welder burned up a Mitsubushi 44 pickup truck.

Nana Yaw Asare, the Central Regional Correspondent for Onua News, says that he touched the fuel tank with fire, which caused the car to catch fire.

Reports say the car was taken to the shop to be fixed on Saturday, and on Sunday, August 21, 2022, it caught on fire.

Reports say that the shop's owner didn't go to work on Sunday.

People who were closer to the scene said they saw the welder working under the car, but it wasn't until later that they realized the car was on fire.

Residents and other people tried to put out the fire with water, but it didn't work.

Nana has also heard that people didn't call the Fire Department but tried to put out the fire themselves.

The car burned up completely in about an hour.

When the shop's owner got there, he couldn't say a word.
