There was an incident on the Tema Motorway where a fuel tanker overturned on Tuesday evening.
Regrettably, the tanker resulted in the fuel spreading across the road. The incident happened at exactly 10:00 p.m.
The Ghana National Fire Service responded promptly and arrived at 10:30 p.m.
Excuse me, but I have a question regarding ADO1. Alex King Nartey from the Ghana National Fire Service's Public Relations Department informed Citi News that they were able to safely unload the fuel to prevent any possible fire incidents.
"Our team acted swiftly to secure the area and prevent any spillage onto the street. They also ensured the safe relocation of the tanker to avoid any potential danger. Another tanker was promptly brought in to successfully offload the diesel, effectively mitigating the risk of a fire outbreak," he explained.
