Season 5 of the TV show Virgin River has finished filming for good.

Fans are still shocked by what has happened so far, making it hard to guess what might happen in the fifth season. Charmaine is still pregnant with her twins, but they are not Jack's kids.

Don't worry, though, because he is the father of Mel's baby. And the baby will be a girl. Mel quit, Doc has a grandson he didn't expect, and Ricky is leaving to serve his country. What's going to happen to them all? Everyone can rest easy, though, knowing that happiness will win out in the end.

Showrunner Sue Tenney told TV Insider that Martin Henderson's character Jack and Alexandra Breckenridge's character Mel will get married in the end. Maybe "eventually" means Season 5? Annette O'Toole hinted that Season 5 will have a "big thing."

Annette O'Toole, who plays Hope McCrea on Virgin River, told the magazine Hello! that Season 5 will have some exciting events that may be based on real-life events. "Right in the middle of the season, there is a big event that brings everyone together in a big way," O'Toole told the outlet. "It's something that's going on in our country right now, so I'm glad they're going there." When will Virgin River's fifth season start?

Netflix hasn't said when Season 5 will be out yet. But since Season 4's 12 episodes came out on July 20, 2022, and Season 3's premiere was in July 2021, we could say that Season 5 could come out in July 2023. It would definitely fit the pattern. Alexandra Breckenridge says "intense" about the new season.

In an interview with New Beauty, Breckenridge talked about what fans can expect from Season 5. He said, "I think this season has started off well, and we're about to get into some pretty heavy episodes. I think they're some of the best episodes we've ever made because they're so intense." In other words, things are going to get better.
