Power Book 2: Ghost: Season 3: Brandy wants to be on the show, saying, "I've played a whole gangster before."

Brandy would be willing to be on "Power Book II: Ghost. "Brandy said these things about Queens in an interview with Deadline.

She, Eve, Naturi Naughton, and Nadine Velazquez all played members of a girl group from the 1990s called the N..asty B. They broke up at the height of their popularity because they couldn't get along, and they haven't talked to each other in 20 years.

But when a good chance to get back together comes along, they can't say no. After one season, the show was canceled in May. In the interview, which was published before the show was canceled, the reporter sai

d that Brandy might join Naughton on the Power spinoff Power Book II: Ghost.

"What do you know? "Don't make me want it," she said. "I got some skills for Power. I don't know if you watched Star, but I played a whole gangster there. I'm sure I can do something magical with 50 Cent and all those other guys over there."

The show's executive producer, 50 Cent, doesn't seem to have said anything in public about what she said. Showbiz Cheat Sheet tried to get a comment from his reps, but did not hear back right away. "Power Book II: Ghost" is a big hit with viewers.

Ghost will come out in September 2020. It picks up after the events of Power, in which Omari Hardwick played a drug dealer who was trying to make a good life for his wife Tasha (Naughton) and their kids.

After Ghost dies (spoiler alert! ), the story focuses on his son Tariq and how he starts selling drugs like his dad. This makes Tariq join the Tejada crime family, which puts him on a very risky path.

Michael Rainey Jr., Method Man, Mary J. Blige, Larenz Tate, and Woody McClain are among the people in Power Book II: Ghost.
The show was an instant hit, and a second season was quickly ordered. It is now in its third season, which will air in the fall of 2022. But Naturi Naughton isn't on the show any more.

Naughton left the show around the time she started working on Queens, but the show's creator, Courtney Kemp, has said that she could come back.

"I feel like it's not over," she told Entertainment Weekly about Tasha's story, which ended with her going into witness protection. What's he going to do? When you start a series, the most important thing is what the main character wants. And Tariq wants to be with his family at home. So we'll see."
