The Ghana Police Service is looking into a case in which a group of lions killed and tore apart a middle-aged man who has not been identified.
On Sunday, August 28, 2022, the intruder, whose motives are still unknown, is said to have wandered into the lions' enclosure and died there.
Some people think that after he was attacked so badly, he went into the lion's cave to try to steal the cub.
According to a statement from the Forestry Commission, the dead man was killed after being attacked inside the inner fencing of the enclosure. However, neither confirmation nor denial of this claim has been made.
