Season narrative summary for Power: Book II: Ghost: "The third season of "Power: Book II: Ghost" begins with Tariq St. Patrick determined to regain his trust, return to his family, and leave the game for good. The emergence of a new, unscrupulous connect thwarts Tariq's plans to reunite with Tasha and Yaz and forces him, Brayden, and Effie back into business with the Tejadas, where they are tasked with moving more weight than ever before.
When Brayden hires Tariq as an apprentice at his family's hedge fund, Weston Holdings, the drug business expands beyond Stansfield and the streets to Wall Street, and Tariq is shown an alternative, legal path to success.
Monet Tejada, enraged by the death of her son Zeke Cross, is prepared to pay a high price to avenge her firstborn and keep the rest of her children – and her business – in line as she works closely with Davis MacLean to solve Zeke's murder and evade the federal authorities.
