Season 3 of "Power Book II: Ghost" is "Coming in Hot."

The third season of Power Book II: Ghost will be out soon. The show is about what happens to Tariq St. Patrick (Michael Rainey Jr.) after his father, James "Ghost" St. Patrick (Omari Hardwick), is killed.

Ghost Season 3 just wrapped up filming in New York, and fans are just as excited as Rainey and Gianni Paolo, who plays Tariq's best friend Brayden Weston, to see what comes next.

In Season 3 of "Power Book II: Ghost," Tariq will face a choice.

Since Power, when Tariq found out the truth about his father, a lot has happened. Now that he sells drugs on his own and is also a college student, he understands Ghost better than ever. When the third season of Power Book II: Ghost comes back, Tariq will be at a crossroads.

Rainey Jr. told PopSugar, "Right now, he's kind of fighting that choice to make." "As you saw in the end, Tariq doesn't really know what he wants to do. . . Who knows what he's going to do with all the problems he's having and the money he'll have to spend? He might have to get back into the game a little bit. Right now, Tariq is having a hard time. He's in a very strange situation."

Season 3 of 'Ghost' is coming in hot

Paolo and Rainey said that filming for season 3 of Ghost was done on a recent episode of their podcast, The Crew Has It. Since January 2022, when the show started filming, these were long months of hard work.

They couldn't say when it would come out, but Rainey did say something interesting about the next season. "Yeah, we just finished filming season 3, which you guys have been asking for, so we can finally give you... not a date, because we don't know yet," he said. "But that's all we can tell you now that we're done. The rest is all in the works. They're moving fast."

The friendship between Tariq, Brayden, and Effie will never be the same.

Rainey and Paolo aren't giving away too many secrets about the new show, but we do know that Tariq, Brayden, and Effie's (Alix Lapri) friendship may not last through this season. When Effie and Brayden found out that Tariq's ex-girlfriend Lauren (Paige Hurd) would have to testify against Tariq in court, they came up with a plan to get rid of her.

Tariq really cared about Lauren, and if he finds out that his friends were involved in her death, it will probably hurt and anger him.

Rainey told PopSugar, "I just know that Tariq is going to make some money and fight a lot because he's trying to figure out what's going on with Lauren and how her situation went because he doesn't really know what happened." "Then, as we've already said, Brayden and Effie try to keep that truth from him. So that's another thing that will happen. There will be a lot happening."
