Power Book IV: Force has released a new preview for its upcoming episode, which features Tommy Egan in a rage.
The episode, titled 'Here There Be Monsters,' finds Tommy on the verge of avenging the death of his old foe turned associate Liliana, closing in on her killer Claudia Flynn.Fans will recall that Liliana (Audrey Esparza) died during season one after being shot by Claudia following a fight between Tommy and the Flynn family. In one emotional scene, Vic Flynn asks Tommy, "Are you going to kill my sister?"
"I'm gonna make her suffer," Tommy says menacingly.In the trailer, we see Tommy working with Diamond (Isaac Keys) to expand their domain, while Vic continues his collaboration with the Feds to bring Tommy down.
Tommy is likewise sceptical of Vic's motives and any offer of assistance from his opponent.
"Every time I try working with a Flynn, I end up dodging bullets," he adds in another video.Meanwhile, after a succession of key deaths in the most recent episode, Power Book director Lisa Demaine recently warned viewers that "nobody" is safe for the rest of season two.
"I can tell you that [episode 9] is also epic, big, and sweeping," she said of the deaths, which featured the fate of antagonist Walter Flynn.
"The Stacy Marks task force is expanding, and her influence is spreading." People perish. The drug trade is hazardous and filthy, and 209 is significant in a different manner."
