Diana Asamoah asks Otumfuo to plan the funeral for Queen Elizabeth II in Kumasi.

Diana Asamoah, a famous Ghanaian gospel singer, has spoken out about the death of Queen Elizabeth II. She thinks that the Asantes should host Ghana's own version of the late Queen's funeral.

Diana Asamoah asked the overlord of the Asante Kingdom, Nana Otumfuo Osei Tutu II, in a Tiktok video to plan a fitting funeral for the Queen. It is well-known that the Asantes are the best at putting together fitting funerals, so Diana was pleading with Nana Otumfuo Osei Tutu II.

Diana Asamoah says that she is very aware that the English Royal Family can't plan the funeral of the late Queen like Asantes.

So, this is the main reason why she wants Otumfuo Osei Tutu II to hold a beautiful funeral ceremony in Ghana for Queen Elizabeth II in a way that is more fitting.

Diana Asamoah also said that she is willing to help pay for Ghana's version of Queen Elizabeth II's funeral in Kumasi if Otumfuo agrees to do what she asked.

The gospel singer begged Nana Addo to talk to Otumfuo for her so that the respected king would consider her idea.
