Finally Season 5 of Yellowstone Has a Premiere Date

Yee-haw! Yellowstone's highly anticipated fifth season finally has a launch date. Find out when Kevin Costner and the rest of the cast will return, as well as everything we know about the upcoming season.

The premiere of Yellowstone has been set.

The Dutton family will return for more high-stakes Montana drama when the next season launches on Paramount Network on November 13, according to the show's Twitter account. That gives us plenty of time to brush up on our ranching skills—or, if you prefer, catch up on the previous four seasons.

The fifth season is already in the works, with 14 episodes planned, making it Yellowstone's longest season to yet. But don't get carried away—the season will be divided into two parts.

Kevin Costner reprises his role as John Dutton in season five, starring Luke Grimes, Kelly Reilly, Wes Bentley, and Cole Hauser. Teeter and Emily's characters, Jen Landon and Kathryn Kelly, have been promoted to series regulars.

Garrett (Will Patton), who was shot and murdered in the season four finale, will not return for season five.

When the time comes, the fifth season will be followed by Tulsa King, the latest invention of creator Taylor Sheridan. Sylvester Stallone plays Dwight "The General" Manfredi, who "finds himself exiled in Tulsa, Oklahoma, by his crime family," in the show, which will have a permanent home on streaming service Paramount+. Stallone's first regular television role is in this film.

Harrison Ford and Helen Mirren have signed on to the upcoming Yellowstone origin story 1932, which will premiere on Paramount+ in December. Sheridan has a habit of convincing legends to jump to TV.

Start polishing those buckles now, and you'll be ready to go when the fifth season of Yellowstone premieres on Paramount Network on November 13 at 8 p.m. ET.
